HSS provided floorwalking support for the go live of the Oracle Health Millennium EPR system at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT), deploying a large team across the Trust's two main acute sites and additional community locations to help staff transition from paper based records to a fully digital patient record. The go live, which made BHRUT the last acute trust in London to go digital, was successfully delivered despite significant challenges including a doctors strike and an A&E admissions incident, with HSS using its TAIC support management tool to coordinate the team and respond rapidly to issues as they emerged.

HSS guided the PHL Group, an NHS community and GP services provider, through the implementation of a bespoke Mental Health SystmOne unit to support their new ADHD service, handling the full journey from needs analysis and configuration through to development, upskilling, go live, and migration from their previous EMIS system. Using specialist product knowledge and User Centred Design principles, HSS delivered bespoke functionality, managed engagement with supplier TPP, and pre empted issues to ensure SystmOne was successfully implemented and well embedded across the service.

HSS provided floorwalking support for the go live of Electronic Patient Medicines Administration (EPMA) in BetterMeds across Somerset NHS Foundation Trust's mental health wards, deploying a team of 13 floorwalkers including a lead across seven wards over three sites in Yeovil, Bridgewater, and Taunton as part of the Trust's move away from paper based medication recording. This was the third go live HSS supported for SFT, and using its TAIC support management tool and trusted, experienced team members, the go live ran smoothly with positive feedback and issues resolved and escalated quickly throughout.
