Bespoke Tools - To Streamline your Implementation
We develop and maintain our own programme support tools in house, optimised for the projects that we are working on removing labour intensive spreadsheets and email threads, while still integrating into your processes. This includes TAIC, our go-live coordination and ticketing tool, and custom Airtable based applications covering training management, data quality, and project tracking. These tools exist because we identified real problems in real go lives and built the solutions ourselves.

Our internal team has supported NHS digital programmes since the NPfIT era, giving us over two decades of experience across successive waves of national and local transformation. That knowledge is captured, structured, and applied to every new engagement.
